Instuneai Payments & Refund Policy

This policy governs credit purchases, payment operations, credit usage, and refund-related matters for the Instuneai platform (hereinafter "Platform"). It applies to all users who register for and use Platform services (hereinafter "Users"). By completing account registration, credit purchases, and other operations on the Platform, Users are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy. The Platform reserves the right to revise this policy in accordance with laws, regulations, and operational needs. Revised policies will be published on the Platform's official website and take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of Platform services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

I. Payment Methods

  1. The Platform supports only Stripe payment system for credit package purchases. Payment channels include credit cards, debit cards, and other compliant payment methods officially supported by Stripe.
  2. The Platform does not charge Users any additional payment processing fees. Fees arising from the payment process are charged by Stripe in accordance with its official rules.
  3. All payment operations are completed on the Stripe official payment page. The Platform does not store Users' bank card information, payment passwords, or any other payment-sensitive information.

II. Pricing and Currency

  1. Prices for all credit packages are based on real-time pricing displayed on the Instuneai official website recharge page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust credit package prices based on operational strategy and market conditions. Price changes will be prominently displayed on the Platform.
  2. Credit package prices use the default settlement currency of the Stripe payment system. For payments involving currency conversion, exchange rates and conversion fees are applied by Stripe per its official rules. The Platform does not participate in currency conversion pricing or operations.
  3. Credit package prices are pre-tax. Relevant taxes are the responsibility of Users under their local laws and regulations, or may be withheld and remitted by the payment institution.

III. Purchase Process

  1. Users must complete Instuneai account registration and log in successfully before accessing the Platform credit recharge page to purchase credit packages.
  2. On the recharge page, Users select the desired credit package, confirm the credit amount and price, then click "Pay" to be redirected to the Stripe official payment page.
  3. Users complete payment verification and payment per Stripe's instructions. Upon successful payment, the system will immediately credit the corresponding credits to the User's account. Credits can be viewed in the User account center after crediting.
  4. If payment succeeds but credits are not credited promptly, Users may retain payment proof and contact Platform support via the contact information provided in this policy for verification and resolution.

IV. Credit Rules

  1. Free Credits: New Users automatically receive free trial credits upon account registration. The amount of free credits is displayed on the registration page. Free credits are for AI music generation trial use only; they cannot be cashed out, transferred, or traded, and have no expiration date (unless otherwise announced by the Platform).
  2. Credit Consumption: Each AI music generation operation consumes a certain number of credits. Consumption rates are displayed on the Platform operation page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust consumption rates based on service content and will announce changes on the official website in advance.
  3. Credit Usage: Credits may only be used within the Instuneai Platform to offset AI music generation service costs, and only by the account registrant. Resale, theft, or transfer of credits is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts and remaining credits immediately frozen without possibility of unfreezing.
  4. Credit Custody: The Platform does not process credit loss reports. Credits lost or stolen due to User causes (e.g., account theft, password disclosure, device loss) are the User's responsibility.
  5. Credit Validity: Unless otherwise announced, credits purchased by Users have no expiration date and may be retained in the account indefinitely.

V. Refund Policy

Credits and AI music generation services provided by the Platform are instant-effect virtual goods/services. Due to the nature of virtual goods, refunds are accepted only under the circumstances specified in this policy; all other circumstances are non-refundable.

(A) Refund-Eligible Circumstances

  1. Payment succeeded but credits were not credited due to Platform technical failure, and Platform technical verification confirms that credit recharge cannot be completed — full refund may be requested.
  2. Duplicate payment for the same credit package, and the duplicate payment was not converted to User account credits — refund of the duplicate portion may be requested.
  3. User paid for a credit package at an incorrect price due to a clear pricing error on the Platform page, and the Platform cannot fulfill the credit recharge obligation at the incorrect price — full refund may be provided.

(B) Non-Refundable Circumstances

  1. Credits successfully credited to a User account, whether used or not, are non-refundable.
  2. Payment due to User error (e.g., wrong credit package selected, duplicate recharge click, accidental payment) where credits were successfully credited — non-refundable.
  3. User dissatisfaction with generated music content, style, quality, duration, etc. after using credits — non-refundable.
  4. Any circumstances related to Platform-provided free credits — no refund applicable.
  5. Account frozen or banned for violating the Platform's User Service Agreement, resulting in unusable credits — non-refundable.
  6. Payment issues due to non-Platform technical reasons (e.g., network delay, device failure, User operation interruption) where credits were normally credited — non-refundable.
  7. Credit refund requests for purely personal reasons (e.g., no longer using Platform services, account cancellation, change of needs) — non-refundable.
  8. Refund applications submitted beyond the deadline specified in this policy — will not be accepted.

(C) Refund Process

  1. Users who meet refund-eligible circumstances must submit a refund application via the official contact email stated in this policy within 7 calendar days of payment completion.
  2. Refund application materials must include: User Instuneai account information, payment proof (Stripe payment screenshot, order number), refund reason statement, and relevant supporting materials. The Platform may refuse to review incomplete applications.
  3. Upon receiving a complete refund application, the Platform will complete the review within 3 business days and provide feedback to the User via the application email.
  4. If approved, the Platform will refund via the Stripe payment system through the original payment channel. Refund arrival time is determined by the payment institution's processing rules; the Platform assumes no responsibility for refund delays.
  5. If not approved, the Platform will explain the specific reason in its response. Users may supplement materials and re-apply within 7 calendar days of the original payment; late applications will not be accepted.

VI. Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes between Users and the Platform regarding payment, credit usage, or refunds should first be resolved through friendly consultation with Platform support via the official contact information in this policy.
  2. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court at the location of the Platform operator.
  3. During dispute resolution, both parties shall continue to perform the undisputed terms of this policy.

Supplementary Provisions

  1. This policy is a supplementary agreement to the Instuneai Platform's User Service Agreement and has equal legal force. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by relevant laws, regulations, and the Platform's User Service Agreement.
  2. The interpretation of this policy is reserved by the Instuneai Platform.
